The lady at the front desk greeted me. I was there for an oil change and she told me that someone would be right with me when she asked one of the service advisorsif he could assist me. He said that he had to make a phone call, while making a phone call. I overheard him say that he was leaving at 5 PM. I got there maybe 10 minutes before that. i’m assuming that’s why he didn’t want to help me because after another service advisor insisted on helping me he got out of his desk and started socializing with others.
