I suffered a flat tire on my way to Dallas. I pulled off the highway and into the Mac Haik Dodge Dealership Service Bay. Christian was my Service Advisor and he was able to outfit me with new t I pulled off the highway and into the Mac Haik Dodge Dealership Service Bay. Christian was my Service Advisor and he was able to outfit me with new tires and send me on way. Since then I had driven enough miles that it was time for a rotation. I scheduled an appointment near home in the San Antonio area with Firestone. Firestone found 2 tires with crossthreaded bolts and were unable to remove the tires for rotation. Firestone's Manager suggested I contact the company that installed the tires due to the damage done at install. I've been calling the dealership and leaving messages with the Service Manager. I've placed 3 calls these past 2 days with no response. I've also been in contact with a customer service agent, Jane Taylor, who has also been non-response & not helpful. More
