Service dept needs help. I have had to go the Chance Snook the sales manager to get help with service appointments and information. Chance is a true asset to this business. H I have had to go the Chance Snook the sales manager to get help with service appointments and information. Chance is a true asset to this business. He went completely out of his way to make sure that my questions were answered and issues were resolved. I only went to him because my service advisor left before work was completed and no one in the service dept could tell me what services had been completed after having my vehicle for 2 days. Then a week after a back ordered part was supposed to be in, I tried calling the service department. I tried 9 times over the course of 2 and a half hours. No one ever answered the phone. I left messages and even tried texting all to no avail. Finally I asked to speak with Chance and in a matter of minutes he had the answers I needed and put me in touch with Colin Tucker who handled to next service appointment. More

After coming there straight from a bad experience from the Killeen dealership. It wasn’t hard to see what customer service should be like. I greeted so as i entered the facility and asking if I needed any the Killeen dealership. It wasn’t hard to see what customer service should be like. I greeted so as i entered the facility and asking if I needed any assistance. Mike, my service tech was very helpful and well versed in his craft.
