The service department did warranty work on my fuel injection system. They offered no courtesy ride or loaner vehicle. They refused to help me, leaving a woman alone and stranded. Further, they claimed no responsibility for the fire. I trusted the expertise and professionalism of the mechanic, I don't know what a fuel injector even looks like. Let me repeat: they were working on my fuel injection system and the next day, the engine caught on fire! Mac Haik claims no responsibility for their shoddy work. More
