Dishonest people. I’ve been waiting on interior trim parts since September of 2021, and they’ve told me every lie in the book since then to get out of performing the I’ve been waiting on interior trim parts since September of 2021, and they’ve told me every lie in the book since then to get out of performing the warranty work. They told me I’d have to pay for $6000 worth of parts and labor for something that I brought in under warranty, because the warranty is now expired. I guess that’ll happen when you have a 2 year waiting period between the diagnostic, and when they actually ordered the parts. In fact, there was no actual proof that the parts were ever even ordered, until mopar customer care made the dealer honor the warranty and order the parts. Then they made me come in for another diagnostic in July of 2023 for the exact same unresolved issue, and then told me I didn’t need to come in when I got there, which is extremely frustrating after spreading spending hundreds of dollars in fuel going to and from the dealer multiple times. Mopar MaxCare is a waste of money, and I caution anyone who wants to purchase this warranty, especially from this dealer. The GM, Jason apparently only cares about sales and lied to my face about reimbursing my travel costs. I’m out hundreds of dollars in fuel, thousands of dollars with a useless warranty, my time has been constantly wasted, and the warranty work was never completed. I have absolutely zero reason to ever purchase another Mopar product again. More
