Everything was great except for the time it took to complete the LOF and Tire Change, and what I believe was a somewhat simple inspection. Just about 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete it. I wish they took appointments instead of walk-ins for this type of work. Another complaint is the amount of 'Loaner' vehicles for warranty work that takes more than a few hours. We have no need for two vehicles They say it's a Jeep thing rather than a dealership thing. Colin took a lot of time trying to explain it to me and I really appreciated that. Michael was very helpful also. It's not the people, they're great. It's the dealership as a whole that I have problems with at times. One more thing, The Grand Cherokee has so many things that go wrong. I mean so many things. I get told that with new technology, you have things go wrong. Not on the last 5 or 6 new vehicles we've leased from other companies. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Anyway, that's it. We probably won't buy another Jeep, Or, probably another vehicle from Mac Haik.
