I dropped the vehicle on Wednesday and they did a “test drive” on Friday, but could not find the faulty ABS problem. I sent a screenshot with ABS the codes explained this to the service advisor, to which he replied- I will show thIS to the tech. But I haven’t heard anything afterwards. How can you charge for not finding the a diagnosis. And if you can’t get to the vehicle until 2 days after the appointment time- then the technician is overworked. The ratio of cars to tech should be adjusted!!! More
