I arrived early for an oil change and State inspection. I knew I had to wait for the Inspector. Time turned into two hours for the visit, but I was allowed the Oil Change as a courtesy. I was beginning I knew I had to wait for the Inspector. Time turned into two hours for the visit, but I was allowed the Oil Change as a courtesy. I was beginning to get impatient but kept my cool and was rewarded for the effort, but I am not always this way. I understand the mechanics can get busy but will need to be careful in the future. At least tell me what is going on with my service. I have been in a service job all my life and judge people by their care of the customers. The Service Advisor was very nice, but did not communicate what was the delay, went to check and did not come back. I asked another person to go and check on him! More
I took my truck to have the side steps on it and they did it in less than an hour after telling me it would be about an hour and a half. Great job. it in less than an hour after telling me it would be about an hour and a half. Great job. More

I keep having to follow behind when parts have to be ordered; no one checks with parts PRIOR TO me calling and finding my parts keep getting shifted weeks if not months. I waited months on one part that ordered; no one checks with parts PRIOR TO me calling and finding my parts keep getting shifted weeks if not months. I waited months on one part that shifted 3times (Jul to Nov???) only to have it sold to someone else while I waited for my refund, which I had to keep asking about. Whenever you ask for explanations from anyone, the answer is I don't know. No one in any department communicates with service/parts in my experience unless you call them, then there is ALWAYS a change. They give you a text for updates only it is never used. Why is that? More
