Went for an oil change and after a week of me car being their I called to speak with a Supervisor Collin who said I was "beating him up" over money and did not provide me with pictures as I requested for a their I called to speak with a Supervisor Collin who said I was "beating him up" over money and did not provide me with pictures as I requested for a 2nd opinion instead had another mechanic state that the rotors could now be turned because I believe they were attempting to overcharge by adding calibers to rotors and break replacement after their service missed it all in May/June when I was last there prior to this visit and non of this was found I took my vehicle elsewhere and it was fixed yesterday. First time I got my Ram serviced here. Service was good, addressed recalls, and received service I needed. The only minor complaint I may have was when I went to pick up my Ram no one was around and had to stand at the counter for a while, the I received my keys and the truck was park in an area way off to the side back of the building that I could not see, walking aimlessly through the parking lot, and had to go back in to have someone pull the truck around for me. Kaleb Morgan does magnificent work as a service advisor. Keeps me always updated on the repair status and cost. Works hard and knows what he's doing and can answer all my questions. Mature & efficient. The Mac service dept is rarely a bargain, but they do get the job done well in a very reasonable time. More

I am disappointed. I had a difficult getting a straight answer from the service advisor. First it was only going to take 5 days. When I checked up on the vehicle, I got I had a difficult getting a straight answer from the service advisor. First it was only going to take 5 days. When I checked up on the vehicle, I got another story saying the part would not be in because of the strike. I spoke with the service department manager and he said it was schedule to be there Monday and I could have my truck on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and I heard nothing. When I stopped by the dealership the service advisor was rude, short and would not look at me. After I paid, they handed me my key and make me walk to go find my truck on the lot. I have concerns about going back to the dealership for anything. I will approach it differently next time. More
