I’ve been told to stay in my vehicle upon arriving at this location before, so after a few minutes I get out and was told to go inside to find someone. Nobody there so I go to the front desk where I’m as this location before, so after a few minutes I get out and was told to go inside to find someone. Nobody there so I go to the front desk where I’m asked to take a seat and wait for a service advisor. I asked roughly how long it might be and the lady couldn’t give me an answer as she explained they were short staffed with no manager around. I then noticed a guy in the usual red shirt the service advisors wear chatting with another customer. They’re obviously having a good time. I approach and discover this is my only choice of someone to take care of me. I explain that I need a tire rotation, oil change, and asked for a quote to reprogram my speedometer. Mike, the service advisor, meets that request with a list of reasons why he can’t do that so I ask to leave it at the oil change and tire rotation. I ask for an eta as I had an appointment with a salesman next door. My wife and I are looking at possibly buying a second vehicle from this place…the service department might derail that. Shockingly, Mike couldn’t provide one, so I do the electronic text checkin and authorization to pay $82.30 for an oil change and tire rotation.I leave for my appointment and test drive a vehicle, sit down and design a new car with the salesman. Come back to service department to check on eta. Mike goes out to the garage and looks around, comes back and says “they’re working on it” I asked, “can you tell me how long, because I can come back.” He then asked which vehicle I drive. I asked him why he just lied to my face about it being worked on when he didn’t even know what I drive?! He explains that it’s “not in the garage so it means that it’s downstairs being worked on”. I say “just text me when it’s done,” and I walked out. As I walk out, I see my truck being pulled into the garage. Mike is caught red-handed in a BOLD FACED LIE. About an hour later I’m shopping with my wife after a sit down lunch and get a text that my truck is ready for pick up. I show up to the desk to a bull of $94. I ask for an explanation, and of course no one can do that. After ALL of this being treated like crap, I still for some reason decided to ask about another package of 4 oil changes to lower the cost. I’m told that I’d have to work with Mike on that…I’m so done with this place. If it weren’t for our salesman Joe, I’d never step foot in there again. More
