Horrible service and communication. Y'all need to take the time to educate your customers on your processes. We don't know how you work. You have to tell us. From towing to pickup. You can't just send random messages without explaining or without a call. NOBODY responded to my text messages on the text feature YOU initiated with me. I asked for a call on the text feature. Nobody called. I called Jim to follow up and his attitude was "Ms Koenig you denied everything" and I said yeah I know because there are no details and I started asking questions about the quotes that should be explained on the quotes instead of me having to dig so deep for simple answers. It seems like y'all just want money and don't care about actually fixing cars. When I picked up my car my paperwork hadn't been sent over to reception. Another lack of following your own processes and communication. And there was a $200 charge on there for what I don't know that magically disappeared when I complained about the total being different from what he told me the day before. He didn't give me my full total so I wasn't aware of the tow amount. Nobody mentioned the tow amount when I scheduled it. If they would have said it would have been $120 to tow, I would have scheduled someone else to get it over there. Pitiful the way y'all handle business. Also, when I picked up my car, it was not in an obvious spot, and all he did was just give me my key. You need to communicate where my vehicle is located not just hand me my key unless it's right outside the door. More

I explicitly scheduled service to have my recall addressed and get an oil change. I was sent a letter that the part was in stock and asked if it was in stock when I scheduled the service. When I checked in for service, the advisor told me that he didn't know if the part was in stock and the recall would take a couple hours. The advisor told me he would let me know if the part for my recall was instock. He never came back and finished the service without addressing the recall. I had to ask about it and his only concern was the amount of time it would take. I also had to ask for my multipoint inspection since my vehicle was at 50,000 miles. There were several things that could have been addressed at this service that this advisor didn't even bring to my attention. I felt that he was in a rush just to get vehicles out and not concerned about my requests. I am disappointed with the service I have been receiving from Mac Haik recently and hope something is done to correct this. More
