The dealer wasted my time, lowballed me for a trade-in and told me that my car, which they had been repeatedly calling and emailing me to buy, wouldn't be resalable. I still get emails from Mac Haik to se and told me that my car, which they had been repeatedly calling and emailing me to buy, wouldn't be resalable. I still get emails from Mac Haik to sell my car to them. I was told I had to come in because they didn't have my car information on file even though it is serviced at the dealer like clockwork and has been for years. I first spoke to several sales people on the phone who had no idea about the offer I received in email and had no idea what the ballpark was for a trade in even though I gave them my info. When I got there the sales person couldn't sell me on an SUV or explain why one SUV was better than another. This was a total waste of my time. After trying to get me to sell my car they said it was only worth $4k when it resales for over $12k. The sales manager called me and was rude. The woman at the front desk said I need to give my email and phone number, which I don't need to do because the dealer already has it. Overall, the quality of the service at this dealership has gone downhill. Another Chevy dealer offered me over $2k more and the sales rep there told me that their offer was close. A $2k difference is not close. He also told me they'd have trouble selling my car when used cars are selling more than new ones because they are less expensive and interest rates are high. Overall I found this dealer to be dishonest and wasted my time. Will not work with them or buy a car from them. More

The service invoice was presented to me and I asked the service advisor to go with me to the car and identify the parts that were replaced. I challenged that one of the parts that I was charged for on the service advisor to go with me to the car and identify the parts that were replaced. I challenged that one of the parts that I was charged for on the invoice was not actually installed on the car. After investigating with the tech and parts department , it was agreed that there was a mistake made and one of the parts charged for on the invoice was infact not installed. Service advisor corrected the invoice. Customers should always review the work performed versus charges on the invoice. More
