I purchased my last two trucks from Mac Haik. I always receive great service on the drive-up maintenance for lube and oil change. I made an appointment with Lane Johnson on 7/19/23 for the oil se I always receive great service on the drive-up maintenance for lube and oil change. I made an appointment with Lane Johnson on 7/19/23 for the oil service. I was told the service would take approximately 45 minutes. However, the service took 1.5 hours. After checking both my engine air filter and cabin A/C filter, I found both dirty after the service at Mac Haik which I changed myself. I thought management should know about the service. More
