Horrible service and communication. Y'all need to take the time to educate your customers on your processes. We don't know how you work. You have to tell us. From towing to pickup. You can't just send random messages without explaining or without a call. NOBODY responded to my text messages on the text feature YOU initiated with me. I asked for a call on the text feature. Nobody called. I called Jim to follow up and his attitude was "Ms Koenig you denied everything" and I said yeah I know because there are no details and I started asking questions about the quotes that should be explained on the quotes instead of me having to dig so deep for simple answers. It seems like y'all just want money and don't care about actually fixing cars. When I picked up my car my paperwork hadn't been sent over to reception. Another lack of following your own processes and communication. And there was a $200 charge on there for what I don't know that magically disappeared when I complained about the total being different from what he told me the day before. He didn't give me my full total so I wasn't aware of the tow amount. Nobody mentioned the tow amount when I scheduled it. If they would have said it would have been $120 to tow, I would have scheduled someone else to get it over there. Pitiful the way y'all handle business. Also, when I picked up my car, it was not in an obvious spot, and all he did was just give me my key. You need to communicate where my vehicle is located not just hand me my key unless it's right outside the door. More
