Mac Haik replaced four tires on my 2018 Suburban. Two of the tire pressure sensors were accidently damaged by the technician who changed the tires. Mac Haik replaced the damaged sensors at no charge. Jennifer was texting me for about a week before I came in. I text and told her I need a ride for Zero, she messaged back within a day with a Toyota Camry 2021. Larry was great, and I greatly appreciate him getting my truck in for service at the last minute due to my check engine light. One item that does bother me is that you never have loaner cars when I bri truck in for service at the last minute due to my check engine light. One item that does bother me is that you never have loaner cars when I bring in my truck for service. My extended warranty includes a loaner and I have yet been told one is available.
