Senior Associates a bit pushy I really liked my salesman Franco. He was laid back, answered my questions and genuinely wanted to sell me the car as well as seemed to want me to ha I really liked my salesman Franco. He was laid back, answered my questions and genuinely wanted to sell me the car as well as seemed to want me to have a good buying experience. He presented the truck well and showed off its highlights and catered to my questions. He found out why I wanted the truck and made sure he played up those qualities instead of trying to sell me on something else. He was patient. Everything you want in a salesman. I would recommend him above all else there. However, having said that, I worry about people who don't have buying savvy. The sales manager tried to come at me with approaches and nickle and dime me up to a higher payment. Then after I think we have a deal, the finance guy comes in and tries the same thing,,, "meet me half way... its only ten dollars... etc." I finally told him to go get my down payment and the title to my trade in, that I was done playing their game. Funny, then they came back with the deal the sales manager and I made originally. The whole process took over six hours... and was filled with tense moments and sometimes outbursts. Would I want my daughter to buy her first car here? Not sure I can answer that yes. Too much pressure by the senior people to make ten more dollars... after writing this... I have decided to lower my star rating level and personal recommendation... More

READ BEFORE BUYING!! I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler with 5900 miles from the dealership. I made a 7 hour drive from Laredo, TX to Dallas, TX. I was told it was involve I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler with 5900 miles from the dealership. I made a 7 hour drive from Laredo, TX to Dallas, TX. I was told it was involved in a very small accident when I asked about the severity of the crash and I was told by the salesman (Jason Walker) that it was only a "fender bender". The sales man pointed at the area of the damage and indicated ONLY the front bumper was damaged. No additionally information showing parts replaced was shown to me at the time of purchase. However, I did notice the A/C was not working on the jeep. I was told that the bumper to bumper warranty 3yrs/36k miles covered the cost. I urged them to take the jeep to the dealership since it was an issue that should have fixed before putting the vehicle up for sale and stating it had a working A/C. They (Joel Martinez and Jason Walker) made the argument that it was easier for all parties if I took it at my local dealership 7 hours away (very convenient for them) I was upset at this issue and among other false statements that were made to me but I was reassured that there would not be any additional cost for coverage and pushed out the door (not in the literal sense). I then took the vehicle my local dealership. I was told that warranty would not cover the inspection ($259) of the vehicle as their trained personnel saw that this vehicle had been involved in a vehicle accident and the A/C parts had been tampered with. Simultaneously, I notified Mac Churchill auto mall manager Eric Pillado of the issue and if they were going to take care of the bill, because it was an issue that was brought up at the time of purchase and I am being ignored. I as of now I feel I was mislead about the severity of the accident on the jeep and I find that unethical in a business that prides themselves on excellent customer service. I feel I fell into their trap of leaving the dealership with a broken vehicle under false pretense. I was billed for labor and refilling refrigerant $800 USD by the dealership. Additionally I was verbally promised a second key, but after signing the contract and returning to the dealership for the key, I was shocked at Manager Eric Pillado's response. I was told by Mr. Pillado that since the second key agreement was done verbally and not on writing ( We owe form) they were not going to honor their word. I was lost for words.. I am very concerned not only at my particular case but at anyone who chooses to buy here. Unethical practices are being applauded from the managerial level to the sales staff. At this point I will be reporting my case to the Better Business Bureau until my issue is resolved. BUYERS BEWARE!! More

Wish I had read reviews first! You hate to be negative but there was nothing positive to say about this dealership. For starters I had to go through the car real fast because i didn't have much time so I trusted them, and nothing was on dealerships print up on auto trader so it seemed like a good deal. First I agreed on 300mo. No more! and 5yrs no more! I evened signed a piece of paper saying if the car was agreed apon and price and years met my terms it was a deal. The whole process was going and we end up doing the finance and half way through i hear my payment are 350mo and never would have know the years were 6 instead of 5 if the sales rep hadn't of said something. On top of that before all the financing we agreed I could get wheels on, so I thought it was on them. Thats what they do sometimes for a sale right, I was told theyd that care of it. In all the finance talk the wheels never got brought up, and later when the paper work came in it wasnt on there either. Back to finance, I ended up signing, it was just seemed pushy. 350 a month is on top of 15k down for a car that cost 26,9. Go figure. So I get it home xmas eve and give it to my wife xmas day. So were loading gifts and the back hatch doesn't work, and supposly they detailed the car. So we deal with it because they some how dont have a loaner, or my sales rep cant get approved for one. On top of the wheels we were promised. Need to say we bring it back two weeks later did my wife get a loaner, NO! she got my sale mans car for three days. Three days later because the rep needs his car back, we get ours back nothing done to it, tags not on, latch not fixed. And no wheels to fit it. Now I find out I got charged $1,006k and some change I was charged for the wheels, and it wasn't in any of my paper work. So the wont write a check for the wheels, they want it deducted back to the vehicle. On top of all this my wife first day to drive it she gets out and she has a huge black stripe across her shirt, like grease about a ft down the seat belt. on top of all this nobody has ever called me back. So Im suppose to trust the. Trey, Jason or Chris! READ REVIEWS FIRST! They're good on the sale but good luck on customer service after. Much less a loaner car. More
