Avoid The finance guy sold my wife GAP insurance when she financed way less than the value of the car. Really no benefit to purchase it in her situation, only something for them to make more money from. Then, they agreed to fix something on the car, but still haven't, a month later. Then, they still haven't given use the sales contract signed at purchase. She called today, and they emailed a copy. There is a $1000 fee for an extended warranty she didn't agree to. I kept asking why they wouldn't give you a copy of the papers you sign when you buy the car, now I know. I tried to call the finance dept., get all the issues fixed of them adding things to the sale, but they wouldn't even speak to me. More

We called looking for 3 different cars, the salesman Chris, was all kinds of flirting on the phone and were told all 3 were at the dealership, so we went up there (we only live 3 miles away). Once we got to the dealership Chris's demeanor changed when he met me, but when he met my sister in law the person he spoke to on the phone his bipolar disorder kicked in and he began to hit on her and harass her. So we asked to look at these 3 cars and within a matter of all of 10 minutes if even that all of the sudden they had all been sold. So we go home but something didn't feel right so we called back up there and miraculously they still had all 3 cars on the lot. At that point we asked to speak to a manager and Jazmin got on the phone.. Come to find out she's only does internet sales so we were lied to yet again but that's besides the point. She guaranteed us that all 3 cars were still on the lot and said that she would make it right. When we get there at 9 am not only is she not there but neither are the cars. So they blatantly are in the habit of using deceptive trade practices when dealing with potential clients. I would definitely recommend not wasting your time with this place or these people you will just be wasting all of your effort and walking away feeling more distraught about the whole car buying experience. Trust me there are much better dealerships out there. More
