Acceptable service Thorough service, a bit expensive, and always seems to have an issue of something not being reset, causing warnings to appear. Great Car, Horrible Service Car was in for oil change and 10,000 check. Took three days. When I got my car back, the check engine light activated, there was a burning odor occasionally filling the cabin, and I discovered fluid leaking on my driveway. Called to bring the car back in, and had to wait three weeks for an appointment. Dropped the car off (waited for nearly an hour for a rental car to be brought to me.) Was called two days later and informed that no one had looked at the car yet, and it would be at least another three days. This should not be ok. VERY unhappy customer. More

Damaged during Service, Tried to Hide It During a recent repair, a vital part of the exterior of my car was damaged. Instead of being honest and apologizing so that they could make it right, During a recent repair, a vital part of the exterior of my car was damaged. Instead of being honest and apologizing so that they could make it right, somewhere in the chain, someone chose to hide it. As a result, water has been slowly leaking into vital components of the body of my car. Water + Metal = Rust. Essentially, their negligence has depreciated the value of the car that I love. I will never be able to sell it or trade it in without disclosing this damage, if it even survives long enough to be sold. And the only course of retribution is to tell others, so they know not to go there and can avoid equally negligent customer service. Go elsewhere. You'll be doing yourself and your car a favor. More
