I feel good when I see that Michele is at the service desk as I know my experience will be handled by a knowledgeable representative. She always appears well groomed and is professional . Michele will keep me informed about progress during my wait time. I am always impressed at how much she knows about the mini’s . I often times will hear conversations she has with other customers.
