Excellent service as always at Main Line Mini. Scott, my service liaison was extremely helpful and courteous, and explained everything very clearly. Scott at Mini saved me! I had concerns with the pandemic & the snow in addition to not having a way to get to the dealership unless I ride with the tow truck driver (which was concerning due to the proximit & the snow in addition to not having a way to get to the dealership unless I ride with the tow truck driver (which was concerning due to the proximity & potential exposure to the virus). He took care of my concerns immediately by arranging for.a Lyft once the car was done. He went over the repairs that was necessary & managed to apply a discount on top off his excellent customer service. He even had my car washed &vacuumed. I brought my MINI in with a bad ecu/dme (still under warranty). The service department tried to sell me on rebuilding my valvetronic system ($3,500) and pay for a new DME ($2,500), telling me they would warranty). The service department tried to sell me on rebuilding my valvetronic system ($3,500) and pay for a new DME ($2,500), telling me they would not honor the warranty. I noped my car out of there to an independent mini specialist, replaced the DME with a refurbished unit and 1 fuze and 2 relays later my car is running again. More

Very good service. Kept me informed with price & provided a ride to & from work. Went out of his way in order for me to use a gift card I received from mini for previous service.
