In for a state inspection and issue with clutch slipping. Always up front about costs and service needed, but seems to be on the expensive side for Mini repairs in general. Dropped my car off Wednesday night for service on Thursday am. I told them I needed the car back Thursday afternoon, they told me “no problem” the recall it was in for only took one and a half hours. Thursday am. I told them I needed the car back Thursday afternoon, they told me “no problem” the recall it was in for only took one and a half hours. I called Thursday at 3:30 to see if I could pick up my car, they told me it wouldn’t be ready for an hour and thirty minutes!!! It’s now Friday and still no car. I love my mini but this is the worst dealership I have ever worked with for any car in my life! More
