Looked at a car on-line at midnight, drove an hour and a half and bought a MINI at 5 pm after work. Everything was easy and convenient. I’ve been a loyal Mini customer for 10 years. . Sales people have changed in 10 years, but the customer service is still excellent, and of course the great workmanship in making great cars has not . First visit to this dealership. My vehicle was checked in promptly, diagnostic testing commerced immediately and problems identified within 2 hours. Dealership had the parts for My vehicle was checked in promptly, diagnostic testing commerced immediately and problems identified within 2 hours. Dealership had the parts for the repair available and I didn’t need a return visit. Service Advisor was courteous, kept me updated frequently, and was able to answer all my technical questions. One downside is a loaner vehicle needs to be scheduled in advance. More

My air conditioner stopped working right before a planned vacation, staff responded by fitting me in.
