Went to retrieve my mini and pay for diagnostics. Had to drive to the bmw dealership to find any info on my car at mini. No one at mini would call, and didn’t know anything, literally, about my car, Had to drive to the bmw dealership to find any info on my car at mini. No one at mini would call, and didn’t know anything, literally, about my car, that they had for 2 weeks. BMW rep, had to drive back to mini to collect my car. What should have taken 15 minutes, ended up taking 2.5 hours. Very frustrating. Only bright spots, bmw had good coffee and they ran my mini through their car wash before we took it home. BMW reps were slow, but very friendly and accommodating. More

It’s a small and busy dealership with excellent customer service. Barry explained the services and costs related to our vehicle before proceeding. The staff was not very friendly, and I never felt like that actually cared about my concerns. They were very short with my father and I, and also seemed annoyed when we had questions about the diagnosis a that actually cared about my concerns.
