I rate my experience a C+/B- No one I talked to seemed to have complete information. It looks like you're due for an oil change . For an electric car, I don't think so. Service should take 2 hours ... or 45 min. ... or 3 hours. The paperwork says a PA inspection is $29.95 ... "I don't know why it says that." I was really hoping for a stellar experience but instead I was just glad to be done. Although I've rated people, please disregard because I don't know who checked me in. More

The work was explained to me along with the charges. They even cleaned the car. I’ve always trusted dealerships when it comes to maintenace work. Hope my faith is in order. First time servicing my 2017 Mini Cooper S at MINI of the Mainline and had a fantastic experience. Casper and Barry were excellent at communicating the work that needed to be done while keeping my budget in Mainline and had a fantastic experience. Casper took excellent care of my MINI when I had an emergency and had to leave it sit on the lot for a few extra weeks..he even started it up and made sure it was warm and ready for me when I came to pick up!
