Worst Dealership Ever If I could give less than 1 star I would. The salesperson was friendly even overly friendly but that is were it stopped. I have bought many cars in my lifetime but I have never worked with a worse dealership than this one. They could not find us the car we wanted to we ordered the car. They called me a few times telling me we had to send more money before they could order. This was fine but why didn't they know the amount needed? They seemed totally disorganized at this point but it got worse. When the car finally came in we decided to finance through out credit union that is when it got worse. No one in the dealership had any idea how to finance this deal using a credit union that they evidently work with. We had to be in constant contact with the bank and then call the dealership. It took them about 4 tries before they got the correct information to the bank. At one point my husband even went down to pick up the the paperwork and deliver it to the bank and it was still wrong. It was 4 days before they could deliver the car, we were approved by the bank in 1 hour. The general manager and sales person were useless. When we did pick up the car the salesperson didn't even explain all of the features on the car. Fortunately the car is wonderful and we love it but I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. When I got my car back, the check engine light activated, there was a burning odor occasionally filling the cabin, and I discovered fluid leaking on my driveway. Called to bring the car back in, and had to wait three weeks for an appointment. Dropped the car off (waited for nearly an hour for a rental car to be brought to me.) Was called two days later and informed that no one had looked at the car yet, and it would be at least another three days. This should not be ok. VERY unhappy customer. More

Damaged during Service, Tried to Hide It During a recent repair, a vital part of the exterior of my car was damaged. Instead of being honest and apologizing so that they could make it right, During a recent repair, a vital part of the exterior of my car was damaged. Instead of being honest and apologizing so that they could make it right, somewhere in the chain, someone chose to hide it. As a result, water has been slowly leaking into vital components of the body of my car. Water + Metal = Rust. Essentially, their negligence has depreciated the value of the car that I love. I will never be able to sell it or trade it in without disclosing this damage, if it even survives long enough to be sold. And the only course of retribution is to tell others, so they know not to go there and can avoid equally negligent customer service. Go elsewhere. You'll be doing yourself and your car a favor. More
