The sales representative, Darius, was great to work with. No pressure. We were both able to work out a fair deal for both parties. Well done but extremely slow. Everyone seems to not have the paperwork nor not what’s going on. It took me 2 1:2 hours for an oil change and a tire valve replacement. Spent over 6000 dollars on engine repair coolant repair . Take it back for oil change and surprise a coolant leak . 3 stars, lots of grease left on tire. Mentioned this and was told " it is the grease used to put tire on". Guess I should have asked why is it being returned with grease. I was interested in a Mini Cooper Countryman. Dan was fantastic. He was quick to respond and communication couldn’t have been better. The whole transaction was great. Understaffed. The lender car program has radically changed. The third party billing system appears as a fraud warning as suspicious charges. My credit card was shut down with a 3 day wait for a new card - major inconvenience. While a 30 day $250.00 hold was put on my credit card. The transponder for I-95 travel in the loaner car charges $25.00 per toll as a punishment. There are NO staff along I-95. I was advised to talk with the staff at the toll. If the loaner car is not returned by the close of business and additional charge of $186.00 - my car was not completed in one business day - who pays? It was the customer conveniences that I purchased my Mini at the dealer and purchased all the protection plans. When the plans conclude, so does my returns to the dealership. More
