During the past 4 years or so I’ve been advised of some work which should be done but the costs quoted were prohibitive. More

Review for today’s service Usually I am very pleased with the service, however, today was terrible. I made an appointment yesterday because the brake light went on. It needed ne Usually I am very pleased with the service, however, today was terrible. I made an appointment yesterday because the brake light went on. It needed new pads. They only had one for the front and had to get the otters from a warehouse. It turned into a 7 hour wait. No inventory. No loners. No functioning courtesy car, a non functioning vending machine a non functioning ladies room, had to use the men’s room. No car wash or even to ask if I wanted wait another 5 minutes to have that done. I am going to see how far away other dealerships are located Nice service person, but out of his control. I should have called the plumber and the vending machine man for them! More
