Scott at Mini saved me! I had concerns with the pandemic & the snow in addition to not having a way to get to the dealership unless I ride with the tow truck driver (which was concerning due to the proximit & the snow in addition to not having a way to get to the dealership unless I ride with the tow truck driver (which was concerning due to the proximity & potential exposure to the virus).
