MINI of the Main Line

This was one of the best interactions with Mini on Main Street. From previous interactions, I got the feeling that they cared about money and business over customer service and meeting customer’s needs. Ho Street. However, this time Frank Saylor was super accommodating and prompt to service my requests. He was able to price match with my local auto shop. He kept me updated on the status of my car at all times via text. He was flexible to accommodate my schedule. He explained a service request message on my car that another employee quoted me $$ to repair which did not need fixing. The only reason for -1 star was that I wished they could clean my car just a little bit. I’ve had service in another auto shop that vacuumed the inside of my car with the repair. Other than that, my car is fully working again. I highly recommend speaking with Frank Saylor when you come to Mini of Main line. More
