I love the service department and especially Scot who is very helpful and knowledgeable. The one thing I do not like is that when I bring my car in it usually takes about 4-6 hours before it is done. I took my MINI for inspection and service today. All went very well and compared to other times, the wait was not that long at all. My only surprise was that no one was masked.
