I will never forget my first MINI when he picked me up at the local train station (in a MINI) and drove me to the dealership to take delivery. Patrick handled everything over the phone and via emails to make my experience the best and most efficient possible. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional as he answered my many questions about the car, options and pricing by email (for all four MINIs!). I shopped at a number of dealers and the pricing was the best by far. Clinton Ma, the MINI Sales Manager, helped me to finalize the pricing and delivery on my latest MINI (pic below). Clinton has always been extremely helpful, and is clearly an expert source of information on MINIs and the car industry. I look forward to continuing to be a loyal customer. More

Got our first MINI on Saturday. Enjoying the car, mostly due to the smooth buying process, thanks to Westchester MINI and especially Robert Finkelstein, Motoring Advisor at W. MINI. With all my three p due to the smooth buying process, thanks to Westchester MINI and especially Robert Finkelstein, Motoring Advisor at W. MINI. With all my three previous car purchases, I drove home regretting about paying/signing up for some thing or the other. However, at Westchester MINI, Robert made it pretty straight forward, knowing what we wanted, and calling us to inform us when something fitted us with absolutely no pressure. He went an extra mile to get us the best finance deal and explained in detail whatever we asked. Drove out of the dealership happy!
