I've leased for years and it was finally time to buy a car. I looked at a few dealerships and had horrible experiences at each one from super pushy, rude salesmen with tons of hidden and outrageous fees. car. Mini of Westchester was my last call and in hindsight should have been my first call. From the very moment I spoke with my salesman Danny Diaz, I knew I'd finished my search. Not only was he kind, but he was calm, patient and straight forward with everything. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, the red carpet was rolled out. The car that I wanted to see was freshly detailed and waiting for me to test drive and all the employees that I came across was super cheerful, kind, and helpful. The pricing was fantastic and the additional fees were fair (DMV, etc). No crazy fees that other dealerships were piling on. When I returned to finish my financing paperwork, my car was out front, sparkling clean - they detailed it again! and it had a giant red bow on top. It was all the little details that really set this dealership apart. Save yourself a headache and give your business to this dealership. You won't regret it! More
Only because there's no way to give zero stars does this end up with 1. I went there looking for a car, saw one that was available that I was ready to move on. Made it very clear to my salesman that I was end up with 1. I went there looking for a car, saw one that was available that I was ready to move on. Made it very clear to my salesman that I was very interested, ready to move and wanted to purchase this car. Salesman had Sunday Monday off and told me he would give me numbers when he returned on Tuesday. Never mentioned or offered to pass me on to prevent losing the car I wanted. Tuesday came and no news, I had to write to get a follow up only to be told the car I was looking for was sold. Considering it was an electric model there are no others currently available. A tough xxxx approach given and I got screwed due to a salesman that wanted to make sure he got his commission instead of watching out for the client. Not only have they lost the sale for this car but I will not being dealing with a Ray Catena dealership again for any of my car purchases. Save yourself the headache and work with a dealership where it's not all about commission but also about doing right by the client. More
