He responded (turns out he is the manager) almost immediately with an acknowledgement of this inquiry and a promise to hear from a "motoring advisor" promptly. Well that was almost as immediate as David's response. We then worked with Derek Street as our salesman and it was the most professional and pleasant experience we ever had with a used car transaction. Derek responded to all questions right away and made us feel comfortable. No pressure ! Over the course of a couple of days while I made my arrangements for payment and insurance Derek helped with contacts with my insurer and financer and readied all of the paper work ahead of time. We loved it. (and love the car) I highly recommend David and Derek and Otto's Mini ! More

In contrast to my previous experiences elsewhere, Preston speaks courteously, clearly, and patiently -- so that I can understand what is being done to my car and I don't feel afraid to ask questions. I am beyond grateful for this. Plus, I appreciate the clean, pleasant lounge and the cleanliness of the shop floor. But Preston sets the tone. Don't lose him! More

Best car buying experience ever The service at Otto's Mini is outstanding. When I initially contacted them, I was a current Mini owner but was looking to upgrade to a larger model. At first, I made what I thought was the obvious choice and returned to the dealership where I had purchased my first Mini. After four attempts (yes, four!) of trying to purchase a new car, I was unable to find a salesperson to help me or even follow up to my inquiries. After calling the corporate office, I was put into contact with Otto's Mini. And wow! We were amazed by the level of professionalism and courtesy extended to us from the moment we crossed the showroom threshold. My husband and I were assigned to Michael, who is absolutely fantastic. He's personable, professional, and he made my car buying experience an absolute delight--which is exactly how it should be when purchasing a new vehicle. We were very pleased with the degree of service (and followup!) that we received at Otto's Mini. I can't recommend them enough and would give them (and Michael) ten stars if the ranking allowed it.
