Time to Upgrade My 2003 MINI was a bit to small for my growing family so I need to upgrade to a larger car. I loved my '03 MINI and decided to stick with MINI and to My 2003 MINI was a bit to small for my growing family so I need to upgrade to a larger car. I loved my '03 MINI and decided to stick with MINI and to give the 4-Door Hardtop a try; in hopes that fitting a child seat in and out would be a bit easier with 4 doors. I check what Otto's had online and then filled out some forms and a little bit later got a call from Derek and set-up a test drive. Derek was very relaxed and didn't pressure me at all and just basically explained all the new features and let the car sell itself. He was organized and very clear with all the paperwork which made everything easier and as stress free as possible. When all was said and done, I feel pretty good about my new MINI and it is definitely a lot easier getting a child seat in and out of a 4-door MINI! More

Routine maintenance on Mini This was my first experience with Otto's Mini and I was very much impressed and pleased with the service that I received. I went in for an oil change This was my first experience with Otto's Mini and I was very much impressed and pleased with the service that I received. I went in for an oil change which was the first one since the car was purchased as a used vehicle in February 2018. Charlotte was a pleasure to deal with and went over everything that was due on the vehicle. The service was prompt and thorough and along with the oil change, the back brakes were also replaced, tires rotated and balanced, and air filter was changed. I had a reservation for a loaner vehicle which was super easy to get in and on my way to do other things while my car was being worked on. I would definitely recommend Otto's Mini to any Mini owner.
