So when the time came to consider a replacement, shopping Otto's new and used inventory came naturally. While the newest models wer tempting, we found a certified pre-owned model that hit all the right notes and saved us a good ten grand in the bargain. Buying the new (used) car from Pete was an easy no-stress experience. Pete made sure everything we wanted in the certified pre-owned Mini met our requirements, and his interest in ensuring we drove away happy exceed all our expectations. We could not be more pleased with the vehicle we drove away with, nor with the pleasant experience dealing with Pete. Otto's MIni gets our heatiest recommendation, and Pete gets our vote for the guy to see when you are there. More

I'm happy to report that my MINI now runs as well as the day I bought it at Otto's almost three years ago with Pete Barcus' help. The repairs took a few hours and my husband, who took the car in and was waiting for it to be done, reported that Preston came out and offered to get him lunch. Talk about going above and beyond! Otto's is a family dealership that treats its customers like family! More

Car was not fixed properly and car had to be towed I had my car serviced because my mini countryman was sputtering when I accelerated. I was informed it was bad gas and that the fuel lines were clean I had my car serviced because my mini countryman was sputtering when I accelerated. I was informed it was bad gas and that the fuel lines were cleaned and it was good to go. The next day we started on our trip to NC, 5 hours into the trip the engine light came on and the car went down to half power. We could not continue, had to pull off the highway, rent a motel room, rent a car and make arrangements to have the mini towed. The mini was towed to Flow Mini in Winston Salem. The service man said the spark plugs were all worn and should have been the first thing checked at Otto's. The spark plugs were all replaced. Kyle is very knowledgeable , answered all of our ?'s , and understood we were not the type to impulse buy. he left us a vm to let us know he was available if we needed him. We reached out to him about a week later and purchased our first mini cooper. LOve the car and loved the experience ! We will recommend! More
35000 mile service There was a mistake with phone numbers. Somehow my cell phone number was mixed up with someone else’s. I learned this when I received a phone call regarding the service needed. I was in shock when I heard about all of the repairs needed and even asked about my warranty but was told it had expired. It wasn’t until Preston named the year of the car that I realized this was an error. I said that I didn’t have a Mini that was that old. After a few minutes of going back and forth about who I was and the model and year of my car Preston acknowledged the mix up. He apologized and said things would get straightened out. About an hour later he called and had information about my car. At this point I thought everything was fine. I received a text around 2:30 or so that my car was ready. I left my place of employment and went directly to Ottos. I didn’t stop at home to feed the dog and let him out. When I arrived there seemed to be some confusion. Preston told me that my car was not ready. Obviously the text was for this other person but my car was in the car wash. When I gasped, Preston said the car was in line for the car wash. Thirty minutes later, I was told my car was ready. When I walked out to the car I noticed it was not washed. There was dirt on the back of my car. It had not been washed. I was speechless and on the verge of tears. It had not been the best day at work and this was the icing on the cake. Someone walked by me and asked if I was okay and I told him to find Preston. Within minutes Preston came running and saw the condition of the car. He apologized and took the car himself to be washed. Fifteen minutes later the car was back and I left still in a daze. More
