My vehicle is my only means of transportation, and the engine went into "limp mode", so I could not drive my Mini any longer being in this state. The dealer was able to get me into the shop last minute/ day of calling. I arrived and they gave me a loner car til my car was fixed. I drove the loaner car at no additional cost. I received a text, a vehicle report and score, and the underlying issues with my vehicle. I spoke to Preston on the phone about any concerns. I then picked up my vehicle. He showed me how to check a few things, and threw in a quart of oil since he knew I drove ALOT. By far best Mini Dealership to go to in the area! However, I do really believe there should be another dealer located in Mechanicsburg, PA area. Mini's Otto is the closest one to me- at one hour and 40 mins away. More

Rob Johnson from Ottos BMW has been guiding the care and service of my 528i BMW baby every 6 months for the past 14 years. Last week when I picked up my car from being serviced Rob and I discussed the possi service of my 528i BMW baby every 6 months for the past 14 years. Last week when I picked up my car from being serviced Rob and I discussed the possibility of a slightly smaller car as I am recovering from a major illness and have little energy. He suggested getting a smaller car possibly a M or Mini . He introduced me to Kyle the Mini dealer who gave me a quick review of the Minis and asked if I would like to pick a Mini for a drive . I chose a Mini Countryman.. One mile into the test drive I turned to Kyle and told him we are going back to Ottos to make this deal!! And I have not stopped smiling since!! Kyle is totally non pressure!! He is a very knowledgable person and totally professional. He knows and loves his Minis!! Two hours later I drove home in my new Mini Countryman!!!!
