With no luck, Brook helped me through the ordering process and did a great job of keeping me informed on its progress(the owners lounge at miniusa.com is really cool too)! You could tell that Brook is an experienced motoring advisor that knows what he is doing. He was friendly, very knowledgable, no pressure, and professional through the whole experience. This is my second MINI that I have leased from Otto's, and I firmly believe that everyone considering a MINI within a 4 state radius should explore traveling to Exton before buying a car locally. I think the big reason why Otto's has such a huge following is because they treat you like one of the family. They are still family owned and operated, and that family feel resonates when you sit down and have a conversation with any one of the staff members. I bought my Mini S convertible from Otto's after learning of them through American Express car buying service. Other dealerships came up after the AmX search and I just didn't like their manners when they r of them through American Express car buying service. Other dealerships came up after the AmX search and I just didn't like their manners when they responded. I was looking at other manufacturers too and the response just wasn't right either. Richard van de Stoewe on the other hand was great to deal with - friendly, responsive, not pushy. As I changed options several times Otto's stood by the AmX pricing. With the options package I chose we had to order the car, which took about 5 weeks. Not too bad to build a car and ship it from England. I think he was as anxious as I was for the car to be delivered. When it got close to delivery he was contacting me to let me know step by step when in would be ready. The pick up day was his day off. He really impressed me when he came in to walk me through all the options, connect my phone to the car's system and wish me well. I gladly recommend anyone looking for a Mini to talk with Richard. And driving a Mini is wonderful. I have had some hot fun cars, recently an Audi S4, an Acura TLS and this might be the most fun, especially when the top is down. More
