I had a great experience with this dealership. I already purchased a Mini here in 2007 and I wanted to upgrade to the same color, red/white mini but all they had was the red/black ones. He also was able to give me a fair price on the vehicle we chose without me having to trek out to Exton (currently living in Philly), which was extremely convenient. When I finally made it out there to buy the car, Pete made the process painless and easy (the transaction included a trade-in, which otherwise may have caused some headaches). With no luck, Brook helped me through the ordering process and did a great job of keeping me informed on its progress(the owners lounge at miniusa.com is really cool too)! You could tell that Brook is an experienced motoring advisor that knows what he is doing. He was friendly, very knowledgable, no pressure, and professional through the whole experience. Otto's is the only MINI dealership that is worth buying or leasing a MINI from. This is my second MINI that I have leased from Otto's, and I firmly believe that everyone considering a MINI within a 4 state radius should explore traveling to Exton before buying a car locally. I think the big reason why Otto's has such a huge following is because they treat you like one of the family. They are still family owned and operated, and that family feel resonates when you sit down and have a conversation with any one of the staff members.
