Dealing with Michelle Dewey was an absolute pleasure. We worked out most of the deal over the phone. Walking into the Dealership you felt as if you were buying a Rolls Royce with the way you were treated by both the Sales Department and the Service department. I was permitted almost 45 minutes with a shop mechanic to familiarize myself with my Mini. I WILL consider the Otto's organization for ALL future purchases even though I live in Southern New Jersey. Even though Michelle could not be present for the delivery I was very happy with the way Mike Johns and the clerical department handled the delivery and final paperwork. I have never had such a pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle. More

After researching and driving several convertibles, I was sold on the MINI, and reached out to two dealerships (Towson, MD and Exton, PA); Towson was the closer of the two, and as promoted, was the 'largest' sold on the MINI, and reached out to two dealerships (Towson, MD and Exton, PA); Towson was the closer of the two, and as promoted, was the 'largest' MINI dealer ... therefore, I was sure that I'd purchase from them. Then I met Brook ... who changed my mind immediately. He was responsive to my calls and emails (usually within minutes) ... while the Towson dealership was not ... and after multiple attempts, leaving messages with no return call/email, I was sold, not only on MINI, but on Brook and his customer service mindset. Brook met with me several times, answering all of my questions, but he hadn't met my husband (a real estate broker) ... who is a tough sell. Brook introduced Sam to the MINI world ... and before we left, Sam told me that had the MINI in the show room been a standard transmission, we would be driving it off of the lot! For Sam to say something like that ... well ... is not only a credit to your product, but the man who provided us top-notch service ... Brook! I had a great experience with this dealership. I already purchased a Mini here in 2007 and I wanted to upgrade to the same color, red/white mini but all they had was the red/black ones. He also was able to give me a fair price on the vehicle we chose without me having to trek out to Exton (currently living in Philly), which was extremely convenient. When I finally made it out there to buy the car, Pete made the process painless and easy (the transaction included a trade-in, which otherwise may have caused some headaches). The vehicle itself is awesome, naturally. I would recommend that anyone in the market for a Mini buy from Otto's, without hesitation. More
