I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience at Otto's mini in Exton, Pa. Michelle was very patient, knowledgeable and honest with me. We ended up choosing to custom build my car which was definitely a great choice for me. I could choose my colors, make, model and all the upgrades I wanted. Michelle was very helpful, willing to help me and was very quick to respond to all of my emails. I would recommend her to anyone. Once everything was processed I went to Ryan to help me through all of my paperwork. He was wonderful, and kept everything exciting for me. He was very detailed on explaining to me all of my coverage and warranty options which I appreciated very much. What I love most about this dealership is there is no frills, excess buttering up or pushy representatives. They are straight forward and honest with you, which not enough companies have. Dealing with Michelle Dewey was an absolute pleasure. We worked out most of the deal over the phone. Walking into the Dealership you felt as if you were buying a Rolls Royce with the way you were treated by both the Sales Department and the Service department. I was permitted almost 45 minutes with a shop mechanic to familiarize myself with my Mini. I WILL consider the Otto's organization for ALL future purchases even though I live in Southern New Jersey. Even though Michelle could not be present for the delivery I was very happy with the way Mike Johns and the clerical department handled the delivery and final paperwork. I have never had such a pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle. More
