My wife and I decided to replace her Mini Cooper S with a new one, no need to test drive, do any hands-on or lot walking. Using the main mini cooper website we selected the features we wanted and then forwarded the build sheet to Michelle. The deposit was done over the phone, as was the basic trade-in arrangements. Click off some weeks for the build and boat ride, the new car arrived at the Otto’s dealership. It was then we made our first physical trip to Otto’s. Michelle and her associate, in finance, guided us through the remaining paperwork and signatures. After the paper work we went out to the new car to review the various changes to the 2013 model vs. the 2003 we were trading in. Once we were familiar with our new car it was time to drive it off the lot and head home. We were very happy with the process and Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions we had. More

We ended up choosing to custom build my car which was definitely a great choice for me. I could choose my colors, make, model and all the upgrades I wanted. Once everything was processed I went to Ryan to help me through all of my paperwork. He was wonderful, and kept everything exciting for me. He was very detailed on explaining to me all of my coverage and warranty options which I appreciated very much. What I love most about this dealership is there is no frills, excess buttering up or pushy representatives. They are straight forward and honest with you, which not enough companies have.
