I chose this dealership based on the inventory offerings as listed on the dealer website. Though there was another dealership closer to my home that I had visited, my experience elsewhere was not successfu as listed on the dealer website. I visited Otto's and met Michelle Dewey who assisted me with a car purchase. Michelle was very knowledgeable on the cars, the available options and the purchase terms available to me. She helped me to find the right car for me from their inventory (ordering or locating a car was not necessary since Otto's already had many great choices) and presented purchase terms options based on my situation. Michelle was patient during my selection process and helped me every step of the way during the purchase. When I arrived to take possession of my new Mini, Michelle explained every feature on the car before I left to ensure I was comfortable when driving. Otto's and Michelle made my purchase experience easy and pleasant. The staff and showroom are comfortable and I never felt pressured or rushed. My wife and I decided to replace her Mini Cooper S with a new one, no need to test drive, do any hands-on or lot walking. Using the main mini cooper website we selected the features we wanted and then forwarded the build sheet to Michelle. The deposit was done over the phone, as was the basic trade-in arrangements. Click off some weeks for the build and boat ride, the new car arrived at the Otto’s dealership. It was then we made our first physical trip to Otto’s. Michelle and her associate, in finance, guided us through the remaining paperwork and signatures. After the paper work we went out to the new car to review the various changes to the 2013 model vs. the 2003 we were trading in. Once we were familiar with our new car it was time to drive it off the lot and head home. We were very happy with the process and Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions we had. More

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience at Otto's mini in Exton, Pa. Michelle was very patient, knowledgeable and honest with me. She walked me through every option I could possibly have and found me the perfect fit of car that worked for what I wanted (and for my wallet). We ended up choosing to custom build my car which was definitely a great choice for me. I could choose my colors, make, model and all the upgrades I wanted. Michelle was very helpful, willing to help me and was very quick to respond to all of my emails. I would recommend her to anyone. Once everything was processed I went to Ryan to help me through all of my paperwork. He was wonderful, and kept everything exciting for me. He was very detailed on explaining to me all of my coverage and warranty options which I appreciated very much. What I love most about this dealership is there is no frills, excess buttering up or pushy representatives. They are straight forward and honest with you, which not enough companies have. I look forward to continuing business with Otto's. And in case I forgot to mention: I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! :) More
