At the start of my car shopping, I was undecided about the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. I had already been shopping a few weeks when I made my first visit to Otto's Mini In Exton, PA; my goal tha the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. I had already been shopping a few weeks when I made my first visit to Otto's Mini In Exton, PA; my goal that first visit was to formally take a test drive. Needless to say, I loved the drive. In the weeks that followed, I visited many dealers, as well as tested different vehicle types (e.g. - small SUV/CUVs, small-to-medium 4-door sedans, as well as coupes, both hard top and convertible). I should also point out that while price was a concern, it was not the driving force behind my decision. As a tall individual (6'2"), and someone with a history of health issues with my lower back, I placed ease of ingress/egress to the vehicle cabin, headroom and legroom very high on my list of must-have's. You wouldn't believe how much roof lines and door openings have shrunk in recent years! Over a period of approximately two months of steady car shopping efforts, I never felt pressured by Brook, nor anyone else at Otto's Mini. Brook kept in touch via e-mail, just enough to let me know that he hadn't forgot about me, and offered support, but not in such a way to make me feel uncomfortable. Ultimately, I made the final decision to move forward with ordering a 2013 JCW Mini Convertible, and with the accessories and features I wanted. Brook, the dealership manager, and the financial associate at Otto's Mini made everything easy, and comfortable, and kept me in the loop with progress, since it was a special order vehicle. I would definitely recommend to anyone they visit Otto's, not just for a quality vehicle, and a la carte ordering of features and accessories, but for the sales experience! Don Y. More

Brook and OTTO Mini were amazing! I shopped around at a lot of dealerships and Brook was by far and away my favorite salesman. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all. Not only did I feel like Brook gave me a very fair quote, but when I went back to purchase my car he worked with me to make sure everything was in line with my budget. I really appreciate the service and respect I got from Brook and OTTO Mini and I would highly recommend it as the place to buy a Mini!! More
