Terrific dealership experience I recently took delivery of a used Volvo C70 convertible from Otto's Mini in Exton, PA. And drove the vehicle back to my home in Alabama. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and the salesman (Derek Street) and his manager (Joe Corvaia) took pains to ensure the transaction went as smoothly as possible. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have never had an experience as hassle free as this one. The dealership is nicely appointed with comfortable places to view their inventory and accessories. Even the rest rooms were well appointed and clean. Upon reaching My home in Alabama I tried programming the Volvo's Homelink garage door openers and discovered they would not work. The buttons in the visor were jammed into a non-workable position and no amount of coaxing on my part would make them work. I called the dealership and advised them of my problem. Despite the fact that this repair was not covered by my warranty, Mr. Corvina, the Pre-owned Sales Manager at Otto's Mini, agreed to cover the repair and ordered the necessary parts to get the Homelink working again. I've been to them a couple times over the last two years but never could pull the trigger. This time I was determined to get the mini I wanted and Ottos made it all possible. Joe Corvaia and Mike Dixon were fantastic. We went from starting our negotiations via email in the morning to me driving 100 miles to the dealership and taking delivery that same afternoon. While I didn't meet Chad, as the new Sales Car Manager I know he made it all possible. Love my new Roadster S and loved the experience at Ottos! More

Sales and Maintenance Exceed Expectations at Otto’s MINI Recent Maintenance performed by Otto’s MINI was superb - - but first I will summarize some details that led to our purchase of a new 2011 MINI Hardtop Recent Maintenance performed by Otto’s MINI was superb - - but first I will summarize some details that led to our purchase of a new 2011 MINI Hardtop and a new 2012 MINI Cooper Countryman All4 at Otto’s. When my wife and I began to research MINI Dealerships, we focused on Virginia (where we live), Maryland, and Pennsylvania. One of the significant issues that arose to our delight was that Otto’s MINI was the only MINI Dealership that we found to have established a firm European Culture throughout the organization. Since we lived in Germany for four years in the early 1980s, we treasure the cultures that we were exposed to and experienced, and were delighted to witness a similar experience at Otto’s. Not only was Otto’s very hospitality, and non-pressure, oriented (for sales, service, etc.), but they also were what I call “transparent” when it comes to Maintenance. It happens to be the only MINI Dealership that we found that invites customers to walk along a wide brick indoor sidewalk (behind a safety railing) for the entire length of the Maintenance Shop for as long as they wish, while they wait for their auto service to be completed. Now, for my most recent visit for Maintenance, I am very pleased with the quality of work, hospitality, and overall atmosphere of competence for both of our MINIs. My experience was mostly done over the phone and via e mail. Emily McNeill was extremely professional, timely and knowledgeable. Not to mention friendly. Have always loved MINI Coopers - went just to do a test drive and ended up signing for the MINI of my dreams! They don't hassle you to buy right away and are there for any questions/concerns you have befor drive and ended up signing for the MINI of my dreams! I had great experience with Ottos Mini! I was not pressured to buy my mini that day, and Brook was more that helpful with all my questions.
