We were put in touch with Derek Street and after a quick phone call, he sent over a few options to look at. We hurried from the other dealership to Otto's an hour before close, but we never felt rushed when we got there. Derek was welcoming and informative, and helped me find just the MINI I was looking for. The level of service I experienced throughout the sales process was bar none. Everyone on staff was wonderful to deal with, and I got a car that I absolutely love. I just picked up my MINI after a routine maintenance check and again am so impressed with the level of service. Everything at Otto's is so streamlined. I was in and out with a loaner within minutes. Fred and the service team did a fantastic job and even took care of some touch-ups I was concerned about. I'm so happy with the job they did. I will always recommend Otto's! More

You get a fair shake with every part of the experience from sales, (My contact was Derek) to service and parts. I've had multiple contacts over a period of time and it's all consistent. It's fantastic and to sum it up, you get white glove treatment. I've had my car serviced twice, once was something major but to my surprise the car was turned around inside two days. Each time I got a loaner I wasn't embarrassed to tool around town in. Fred helped once and Mellissa second. Both were proactive, in a big way. I'll add this aside. I purchased a Mini S. It's my pride and joy and I put my sales rep through a lot to find just the right car. He earned his paycheck but the dealership earned a loyal customer because he was nothing but patient throughout the process. Final note. Both sales and service ended with multiple follow-ups. Terrific dealership experience I recently took delivery of a used Volvo C70 convertible from Otto's Mini in Exton, PA. And drove the vehicle back to my home in Alabama. I couldn't I recently took delivery of a used Volvo C70 convertible from Otto's Mini in Exton, PA. And drove the vehicle back to my home in Alabama. I couldn't have had a better experience. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and the salesman (Derek Street) and his manager (Joe Corvaia) took pains to ensure the transaction went as smoothly as possible. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have never had an experience as hassle free as this one. The dealership is nicely appointed with comfortable places to view their inventory and accessories. Even the rest rooms were well appointed and clean. Upon reaching My home in Alabama I tried programming the Volvo's Homelink garage door openers and discovered they would not work. The buttons in the visor were jammed into a non-workable position and no amount of coaxing on my part would make them work. I called the dealership and advised them of my problem. Despite the fact that this repair was not covered by my warranty, Mr. Corvina, the Pre-owned Sales Manager at Otto's Mini, agreed to cover the repair and ordered the necessary parts to get the Homelink working again. What a great dealership! I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had in purchasing my new Roadster S from Ottos. I've been to them a couple times over the last tw I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had in purchasing my new Roadster S from Ottos. I've been to them a couple times over the last two years but never could pull the trigger. This time I was determined to get the mini I wanted and Ottos made it all possible. Joe Corvaia and Mike Dixon were fantastic. We went from starting our negotiations via email in the morning to me driving 100 miles to the dealership and taking delivery that same afternoon. While I didn't meet Chad, as the new Sales Car Manager I know he made it all possible. Love my new Roadster S and loved the experience at Ottos! More
