Pete Barcus was promptly assigned to take care of us and from the beginning, Pete was great. We were not even sure we were going to buy a new car as my original Mini was in for service, but it was an 11 yr old car and too many service calls told us it was time to look at a new car. I came in thinking I wanted to upsize and upgrade to a 4 wheel drive, etc...so I spent the afternoon test driving different models. Pete was so patient with my every whim of exploring different options. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every single question that I seemed to keep coming up with, exuding patience and professionalism the entire time. After spending an entire Saturday afternoon there, we decided that we weren't ready to make a decision. We returned 10 days later and decided that I now wanted to look at the Cooper S (newer version of the original one I had in service)-yes after spending all that time with the other models. That day I finally found the "one." Pete worked hard to make this new car a possibility for our budget. What was most impressive was that every step of the way he did it with an amazing and calm demeanor. In short, not only did I drive away with the car of my dreams but at just the "right" price. The entire experience was fantastic - we thoroughly enjoyed the whole process from beginning to end -the final closing financing process with Ryan was also exceptional and even the last purchase of new "Mini" sunglasses at the Mini Boutique was pleasurable. Otto's Mini totally gets how to take care of their customers. We both loved the entire experience and vote Pete Barcus as the BEST Motoring Advisor on the planet! Thank you! More

Eye candy in the waiting room! We have all been there, waiting in the waiting room looking at the new cars... then sitting in the new car , and viola you are talking about differen We have all been there, waiting in the waiting room looking at the new cars... then sitting in the new car , and viola you are talking about different cars and the features... Forget the fact that you were only in for service of your 2013 Cooper S.... but ended up going home in a 2017 that you just had to have. This is the second MINI i have purchased from Otto's and WILL continue. From the moment I walked in the door, to the time I left, I was given a feeling that i was not "just" a customer. I felt to be part of the Otto's family. The world needs more people who are as nice as Otto's MINI employees. Their employees actually care about their customers satisfaction during and after the sale. In today's world that caring is priceless. Long Distance? No Problem! Sometimes you can do too much research when buying a car. The unfortunate outcome is that you have a hyper-clear vision of the car you want. Such wa Sometimes you can do too much research when buying a car. The unfortunate outcome is that you have a hyper-clear vision of the car you want. Such was my situation in my search for a Mini. Even with three robust dealerships in the area (all of whom were trying to find my car), it was Otto's Mini on the other side of the country that had the car I wanted. At no time - ever! - did distance or three time zones impede the extraordinary service and attention I received from Derek and the team at Otto's Mini. From Derek to Dave to Carol to Brian it was always; "what can I do for you"? When I had a friend travel to Exton to test drive the car, it was warmed up and ready to go when he arrived. When I added some items (all weather floor mats, spare wheel) to the car taking advantage of dealer incentives, there was never a question of whether or not my request could be accommodated, it was just done. Most people abhor the car buying process. I am one of those who actually enjoy it. I do my research and expect to have my questions answered and my concerns addressed. This was ALWAYS the case with Derek and Otto's Mini. They were fair on the price and they didn't hesitate to make sure that every Mini incentive available was applied to the purchase price. Even though it cost me $1,200.00 to ship my car from Exton, PA to Seattle, WA, I would go through this process exactly the same if I had it to do all over again. I have the exact car I was looking for at a fair price and assured that even though there might be some distance involved, I have the full support of this dealership as I get used to driving this great car. Well done Derek and Otto's. I'll be back east this summer and will certainly make a personal visit to your dealership to thank you in person. More
