Super Service - Most Awesome Melissa this was a most awesome experience. from the drop-off. I drove in having scheduled and anticipating to wait for my vehicle; however after a brief co this was a most awesome experience. from the drop-off. I drove in having scheduled and anticipating to wait for my vehicle; however after a brief conversation with Melissa I was informed and convinced I would be much more comfortable taking a loaner vehicle until my services (new tires, new brakes, antenna, plugs, wires, and oil change) were complete. the loaner was sitting there awaiting and Melissa had me in the car and on the road in a matter of minutes. the IM notification of services was quite unique and very useful and easy. last at pickup, when I arrived they swiftly took the loaner vehicle and walked me straight to the checkout counter and my paperwork was already sitting on the counter waiting for me to arrive. after payment I walked back out and the car was ready with keys in and waiting for me to drive away. as stated - Super Service. thanks Melissa. Great Experience I just traded in my leased 2015 Mini Cooper for a new leased 2018 Mini Cooper. I have worked with Peter before on my last lease and he is always ext I just traded in my leased 2015 Mini Cooper for a new leased 2018 Mini Cooper. I have worked with Peter before on my last lease and he is always extremely helpful. My lease was not finished until July but Peter contacted me about an early end of lease deal which he expedited for me. The whole process went seamlessly and I was basically able to drive in with my old car and out with my new car in a very short period of time. He had even informed my insurance company of the change in cars. I wish all of my experiences in dealing with businesses could be this pleasant and efficient. I am enjoying my new Mini and all if its new features and upgrades and am glad that I was able to get this car 4 months early! More

Good Experience! Took my older Mini in for service and then decided to trade it for a newer model. Derek worked with me and was very low pressure and very helpful. He certainly knows his stuff with the cars and helped me look at several options. His insight was quite helpful and I appreciated his enthusiasm for Minis. He then helped me fit the final price into budget and I drove off with a slick new car that has lots of fun packed in! I will be back for service and eventually a new Mini when the time comes (years from now). More
