Honestly, this was the most pleasant dealership experience I've ever participated in. Most pleasant in the context of sales usually translates to "not horrible", but I honestly do mean "pleasant" experience I've ever participated in. We told our salesman, Michael, what we wanted and he looked up the inventory and told us to go out and check them out. That simple. No one following us or hovering...just walking by ourselves looking at the vehicles they had. We even went and got lunch before coming back to make a decision. Michael was the best. No upsetting, No pressure. Wasn't even sure we were going to get another Mini, but I'm glad we did. More

I bought my first Mini, a Paceman, from Pete 9 years ago. Recently on a service visit I ventured over to the sales dept. to see what my options were for a new Mini.
