Excellent Service department Just had my 2012 base mini cooper in for 82,000 mile service (base oil change and inspections) - all good but has been using oil - discovered head gas Just had my 2012 base mini cooper in for 82,000 mile service (base oil change and inspections) - all good but has been using oil - discovered head gasket leaking - replaced and all now good. Jorge Mere and tech did first rate job of finding, resolving and keeping me informed by taking me back and showing engine valve cover off and explaining everything needed. Bought the car here in 2013 and have always serviced it here - very happy with Jorge and entire service dept. team. More
