Went to Inskip looking for a particular model. From the inquiry phone call to delivery of our new MINI, they couldn't have been nicer, more accommodating or honest. When I first got introduced to the Mini marque, I was taken with the performance and reliability. I soon learned that these cars are much more than that. Inskip is all about customer satisfaction, something they tend to accomplish is spades. 2 years ago, we bought my wife's car, a Cooper in pepper white with a black sunroof. She loves it. I do as well, this prompted me to go to see Jessica once more, they were having a special deal with food and soft drinks. I arrived just after breakfast and left about 4 p.m. with a deal that was wonderful. That's where Manny came in, treating me with respect and letting me feel relaxed while we went over all the options that were available to me. I settled on a Cooper in interchange yellow. The wheels will be done in black and the stripes were added last night for today's signing and driving away. Am I satisfied? Very much so. The car had 150 miles on it and by the time I got home it was up to 199. I live 5 minutes away from Inskip and have dealt with them in the past. I have recomended them to several people that have bought cars from them. Not because I said so but because of the warm welcome they recieved. They and I like dealing with people that spend the desired time with you. Pleasant attitudes abound and I have not found anything that would stop me from sending anyone there or returning, myself. There is a new finance guy there, Jayson, I believe, is his name. Another great person to work with. More

Jessica called to follow up and made sure that we got the manual that was not in the car when we picked it up. We had looked at another Mini dealer and found a roughly comparable car for $9,000 more. we will definitely go to Inskip again. More

My wife and I purchased a MINI from INSKIP MINI in Warwick Rhode Island. The type of service the entire staff offered us was out of this world. The salesman was never pushy like most. Not only he worked hard at making a great deal for us but also made us feel like the deal was done before we even started going over the numbers. To make it even better, after we are all done with all of the signing of the paper work, Jessica takes us over to the car we've just purchased, ends up in the car with my wife and I and showed us all of the basic little gadgets that we would spent quite some time reading the owners manual to figure out. The entire experience was realy one to remember. Just as I thought this people have done all they should for a customer such as my self, Jessica fallows up about one year later, and I am stareing at my phone confused why would they be calling me, I answer the phone, Jessica's first words after introducing herself even though I didn't forget her were "how is your MINI doing?" and than tells me the reason for the phone call is to wish me happy birth day.I was so plesantly suprised and goes to show you it is obvious that just as thise people think they did enough for their customers, they do more. My wife and I love the MINI and will upgrade to newer versions as the years goes by and we will never even think twice about going else where. we thank you for an incredible experience and we will go back when the time comes. I recently moved from San Francisco and did not have a car while living out there so I needed one asap. I looked around at a number of makers and met a number of dealers- all of which were good when it ca car while living out there so I needed one asap. I looked around at a number of makers and met a number of dealers- all of which were good when it came to all the things that go with the car buying experience, except for agreeing on a price that I felt was a good deal. Upon walking in the door at Inskip for my appointment, I was greeted by both the general manager and a motoring advisor by name. The buying experience was personal, quick and thorough. They were expedient but personal, professional but easy going. I am living in Connecticut but will drive to Rhode Island for my next car and will recommend these guys to everyone. This is a different kind of car buying experience you can't appreciate until your in the midst of it and realize that there's no pressure, lots of knowledge and unmatched friendliness. Thanks Inskip! This was my very first car buying experience, and I was very overwhelmed and stressed out about it. I was not familiar at all with the whole process, and it was a big step getting rid of my old car and tak very overwhelmed and stressed out about it. When I met Donna she immediately picked up on all this and made things alot smoother. She took time to explain every detail of the process so I would understand it, and showed me the car inside and out to make sure I was comfortable with everything. She was easy to speak to, and had a great attitude the entire time even though I was very difficult to deal with. She even called the next day to make sure I was happy with everything. I'd recommend anyone I know to her, and hopefully I will pass more business on to her. Upon my return I would only want to deal with her, and plan to in the future. P.S. The finance guy, Bill, also was amazing. His attitude and confidence towards the entire process really helped as going through all that paperwork can be very stressful. More
