I had a perfect experience with Jessica and her manager. I was even given a tour of all the dealership on the Penske campus as well as offered refreshments. I bought my 2009 Mini Cooper base from them for a great deal with the factory warranty still valid. The buying experience was easy and not pressured. They were knowledgeable and patient with any questions I presented, and I was never rushed into a sale or hurried out the door once I bought my car. They even called me to follow up on how I was enjoying the car. Overall, this has been my best dealership experience. More
