Can't say enough about the level of professionalism this dealership always provides. Would buy another Countryman if only they made a six speed like my 2018 Mini. I am seriously considering a Min Cooper Ele dealership always provides. Would buy another Countryman if only they made a six speed like my 2018 Mini. Very professional team that worked quickly to fix the issues with my Mini. Because of a lot of unknown issues they discovered they worked to prioritize which issues I needed to get done for safety and wh issues with my Mini. BMW Mini Towson gave horrible service. They refused to fix the problems that they caused or rectify the fact that they had me pay for services that never fixed the problem. Wayne in service was extremely rude and unprofessional along with Jason who was suppose to be in charge he was rude, unprofessional and a poor representation of BMW as a leader of the company you would expect him to lead with a certain level of professionalism. He only reached out because I have a poor rating review before so you’d think he’d go out of his way to turn what was already a negative into a positive but he definitely didn’t do that. I wouldn’t take a free car from them that’s how horrible the service was. It’s such a disservice to be lead to believe that the only way you can get help is to sue a company that should have helped you. More
