Best dealership I've ever dealt with! I bought my mini from this dealership in 2013, and the entire experience from the salesman to the service department has been exemplary! It has redefined for me what such an experience can and should be. The majority of my interactions have been with Jonathan Baron (Yoni) in the service department. He is incredibly friendly and professional, and honestly a good person. He has made the maintenance on my vehicle a stress free endeavor, even when I have driven in with complicated issues to repair (I am not kind to my Mini). My wife said just yesterday she would happily get a job there just to work with him. I don’t blame her! I may not always own my current Mini, but the next time I buy a car, Mini of Baltimore County will undoubtedly be my first stop. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff there. Great Customer Service - Allen Rolocut My car had trouble starting on a recent Saturday afternoon at 3:00. I called Allen and he advised me to bring it in. He advised that he would get me a My car had trouble starting on a recent Saturday afternoon at 3:00. I called Allen and he advised me to bring it in. He advised that he would get me a loaner car if the required repairs could not be handled in the remaining couple of hours. Allen and team diagnosed the problem that Monday and I had my vehicle back by Wednesday. Allen is always checking in and following-up to make sure I know exactly what the status is on my vehicle. Allen also makes sure that I understand my financial responsibility prior to starting any repairs. I can always count on Allen to provide me with accurate and fair repair advice and I never feel taken advantage of when dealing with Allen. Thank you Allen. Steve More

Engine light & few odd things Engine light came on - contacted Allen who replied bring your car in, and we will take care of it. Allen and Jeff, mechanic not only took care of the enginer service but also took care of rear brakes that were down to the metal. Being a 10 year devoted customer to Mini I always feel I'm in good hands with the Service Dept. I can sleep better knowing that both Allen, and Jeff have made sure my car has been serviced well but the work that they do will last a long time. It's a scary world out there so it's good to know that you can trust these two to do good work, and be honest with you. If Mini lost Allen, business would not be the same - Allen is a great employee providing excellent customer service. Thanks! More

Service Repair I highly recommend Mini of Baltimore County. Recent Service at Mini of Baltimore County Had to bring my hardtop in for a flat tire and 30,000 mile service.
